Brigada voluntaria / Voluntary Brigade

Siempre preocupados por el personal y atendiendo disposiciones legales, en Telares de Palo Grande garantizamos que se labore en condiciones óptimas de higiene y seguridad industrial, con la única finalidad de proteger la integridad física, mental y laboral de los trabajadores, así como la protección de las instalaciones, evitar riesgos a terceros y al ambiente. Es por ello que desde el año 2006, conformamos las Brigadas de Prevención y Emergencia, con 38 voluntarios que han demostrado verdadera vocación de servicio. La Brigada recibe entrenamiento de organización y adiestramiento teórico práctico -físico y mental- para la prevención, atención y control de emergencias en el lugar de trabajo. La capacitación brigadista consta de primeros auxilios, prevención, combate de incendios y actuación básica en caso de terremotos, amenaza de artefactos explosivos, rescate y patrones de búsqueda. Además del adiestramiento básico recibido por un instructor certificado, nuestros brigadistas han sido certificados por el Centro de Entrenamiento e Instrucción para Profesionales en Emergencias Médicas y Desastres. Mantener un grupo de personas preparadas para actuar rápidamente en el control de una emergencia y salvaguardar seres humanos, bienes e inmuebles, mientras llega la ayuda externa, es una de las principales razones de ser de nuestra Brigada de Prevención y Emergencia, además de realizar actividades de prevención cuando ello sea posible.

Always concerned about the personnel and attending legal dispositions, in Telares de Palo Grande we guarantee that we work in optimal conditions of hygiene and industrial safety, with the only purpose of protecting the physical, mental and labor integrity of the workers, as well as the protection of the facilities, avoid risks to third parties and the environment. That is why, since 2006, we have formed the Prevention and Emergency Brigades, with 38 volunteers who have demonstrated a true vocation for service. The Brigade receives organization training and theoretical-practical training -physical and mental- for the prevention, attention and control of emergencies in the workplace. The training of each member of the brigade consists of first aid, prevention, firefighting and basic action in case of earthquakes, threat of explosive devices, rescue and search patterns. In addition to the basic training received by a certified instructor, all in the brigade have been certified by the Center for Training and Instruction for Professionals in Medical Emergencies and Disasters. Maintaining a group of people prepared to act quickly in the control of an emergency and safeguarding human beings, property and real estate, while foreign aid arrives, is one of the main reasons for being of our Prevention and Emergency Brigade, in addition to carrying out activities of prevention when possible.
